Many thanks for all the assistance that Haygood’s Food Pantry received. The Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays are traditionally very busy.
Not only is the Pantry open for its regular hours of service to the people in our community, but we also provide additional opportunities to receive food.
Social Services, Pembroke Elementary School, Louise Luxford Elementary School and regular clients that sign up for turkeys received turkeys plus every thing that goes with the turkey.
This mission could not exist without this congregation’s support—whether it is by donating turkeys, food items, money, or helping fill the bags for delivery. Many thanks to all of you.
The number of families in our community touched during Thanksgiving and Christmas was over 260 families. Thank you again for your support.
Blessing to you all,
Marsha Sokolowski, Haygood’s Food Pantry Coordinator
